    5. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected payment method for the final amount shown at checkout.
    6. Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance or fulfilment. An order may still be rejected, cancelled, delayed or reviewed after payment authorization.
    7. We may decline or delay an order if payment is not authorized, is reversed, is underpaid, is incomplete, is suspected to be fraudulent or cannot be verified.
    8. If you make a duplicate payment or overpayment, you must contact support at contact@topupngo.com with the relevant order ID and proof of payment. Verified duplicate payments or overpayments will be refunded where required.
    9. If a payment authorization expires, fails, is reversed or is not captured, the order may be cancelled or require a new payment.
    10. If a payment is later disputed, charged back, reversed or reported as unauthorized after fulfilment, we may suspend the relevant account, restrict further orders, request verification, provide evidence to payment partners and take lawful steps to recover amounts owed.
  10. Delivery and Digital Fulfilment

    1. Products are delivered digitally. Depending on the product, delivery may occur by email, account dashboard, display on screen, SMS, recipient mobile number, QR code, activation code, recharge instruction, voucher code or another digital delivery method.
    2. Some products may be delivered directly to the recipient number, email address, device, operator account, wallet or customer account selected during checkout.
    3. Delivery may be instant or near-instant in many cases, but instant delivery is not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed by third-party providers, mobile operators, issuers, networks, payment providers, compliance checks, fraud screening, technical issues, customer verification or manual review.
    4. An order may be shown as pending while payment, fraud checks, provider confirmation, issuer processing, operator processing or delivery is in progress.
    5. If delivery fails before the product is used, applied, redeemed, activated, revealed or otherwise made available, we will investigate and, where appropriate, re-deliver, replace, cancel or refund the order in accordance with these Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
    6. If you do not receive a product, code, QR code, activation details, receipt or confirmation, you must contact support at contact@topupngo.com as soon as reasonably possible.
    7. We may require the order ID, proof of payment, screenshots, recipient number, recipient email, selected country, selected operator, device information, error messages and other reasonable information to investigate missing top-ups, missing gift card codes, eSIM delivery issues, payment issues or account issues.
    8. We are not responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect customer information, spam filters, blocked email, inaccessible account, wrong recipient number, wrong recipient email, incompatible device, customer-side network issues or failure to follow activation or redemption instructions.
  11. Mobile Top-Up and Mobile Recharge Terms

    1. Mobile top-ups, mobile recharge, airtime products, data bundles and mobile packages are subject to availability by country, operator, network and provider.

    3. You are responsible for incorrect recipient numbers, incorrect country selection, wrong operator or network selection, incompatible product selection, wrong denomination or other customer-side order errors.
    4. Once a mobile top-up, recharge, airtime product or data bundle has been successfully applied to the recipient number by the relevant operator or provider, it cannot usually be reversed, cancelled or refunded.
    5. A top-up may be delayed or remain pending while the operator, network, distributor or provider processes the transaction.
    6. A top-up may fail or be rejected due to operator restrictions, invalid number, inactive SIM, roaming restrictions, product incompatibility, local telecom rules, provider downtime, network issues, payment issues or compliance checks.
    7. Where a top-up fails and has not been applied to the recipient number, we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange re-processing, replacement or refund.
    8. Network coverage, mobile service quality, operator policies, SIM validity, roaming availability, local telecom rules, number portability and telecom service conditions are outside Silebrix OÜ’s control.
    9. Confirmation from the relevant operator, network or provider that a top-up was successfully applied will generally be treated as evidence of successful fulfilment, unless there is clear evidence of technical error.
  12. Gift Card, Voucher and Digital Code Terms

    1. Gift cards, vouchers, prepaid codes, digital codes and similar products are subject to the issuer’s own terms, redemption rules, expiry dates, region restrictions, currency restrictions, account restrictions and brand conditions.
    2. You must check the selected brand, country, currency, product type, denomination, recipient email, redemption region and any issuer conditions before confirming the order.
    3. Once a gift card, voucher or digital code is delivered, displayed, emailed, revealed, redeemed or otherwise made available to you, it is generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless there is a verified technical failure not caused by you.
    4. We are not responsible if you select the wrong brand, country, currency, product type, denomination, recipient email or redemption region.
    5. We are not responsible for issuer-side refusal to redeem a code where the refusal is caused by issuer terms, region restrictions, account restrictions, expiry, previous redemption, customer error or breach of issuer rules.
    6. You must not resell, distribute, export, transfer or use gift cards, vouchers or digital codes unlawfully or in breach of issuer restrictions.
    7. All third-party brands, gift cards, operators, networks, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation, sponsorship, approval or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated on the website.

    4. eSIM coverage, speed, network availability, roaming availability, signal quality and service quality may depend on third-party telecom providers, local network conditions, device settings, location, congestion, fair use policies and local telecom rules.
    5. An eSIM may become non-refundable once delivered, installed, activated, scanned, downloaded, used or once data consumption begins, subject to applicable consumer law and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
    6. We may provide reasonable technical support for eSIM delivery, installation and activation issues. You may be required to provide screenshots, device model, operating system version, error messages, location, activation status and other reasonable diagnostic information.
    7. We are not responsible for customer-caused installation errors, deletion of an installed eSIM, scanning a QR code on an incompatible device, using the wrong device, failure to enable roaming where required, expired packages, unused data, poor local coverage or failure to follow instructions.
    8. Unused data, expired validity periods or partially used eSIM packages are not refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in the product description.
